Hi! My name is Erika Williams. COO turned consultant at your service. My passion for positive and healthy work environments has landed me in the field of HR and Organizational Development.
In 2020, I successfully led the rapid response to COVID-19, transitioning my then workplace to a thriving remote-first community and that's my signature service.
Over the course of my career, I've worked in several industries including non-profit, retail, healthcare and academia. In these industries I've seen too many people spending their days miserable at work due to the lack of good management and processes that actually worked...I used to be one of those miserable employees; hence the dedication to my career.
